We are now accepting new member families for virtual or home care. Our planned clinic location will be opening soon in the East Cobb area of Marietta, Ga.

All new families must meet with Dr Moore in person or virtually prior to being accepted into the practice. Expectant parents must meet with Dr Moore and return all completed sign up paperwork prior to baby’s birth. This is to ensure we are the right fit for you and your family.

Moore Care Pediatrics does not participate in any insurance plans or Medicaid. However, a superbill receipt can be requested for you to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement of well and sick visits. Reimbursements for out of network services vary significantly from plan to plan. Please consult with your insurance carrier for your policy’s details.

No, your membership is not health insurance. It is a direct care model that gives you exclusive access to pediatric services outside of the traditional insurance system.

Membership is not a substitute for health insurance. Health insurance plans are highly recommended for unexpected emergencies as well as some coverage for vaccines prescriptions and labs. Many families pair membership with high-deductible plans or other complementary plans.

Member families gain access to our HIPAA secure app for direct contact with Dr. Moore. You may also call the office directly during business hours.

Anything outside of Dr Moore’s office is not covered by the membership fee. Medications, specialist visits, hospital, ER, urgent care, out of office procedures, imaging, labs.

You may be responsible for any copay or deductible required by your insurance plan for vaccinations. -
Membership fees are charged monthly to your account on file. Your registration fee of $100 is due at the time of joining the practice, with the monthly fee charged at the end of each month of membership.
Note: Fee for service visits are invoiced through our secure EHR system.

Yes, membership can be canceled at any time provided a thirty day notice is given in writing. Otherwise membership automatically renews from month to month.

Dr. Moore offers home visits within our service map. Please contact her directly for cases that fall outside of this map.

We provide care in the most convenient way possible. This includes telemedicine visits via a secure HIPAA compliant app. Many times we can answer your question in a text, email, or over the phone, which means you don’t have to make a trip to our office. All this is included in your exclusive membership benefits.

For virtual telemedicine visits outside of an active membership plan, the cost is $150 per visit. Call or text us to schedule visits outside of a membership.

One of the benefits of such a small practice is that Dr Moore will personally know your child and their history. When appropriate, long distance care can be provided with virtual visits.

Dr. Moore does not see patients in the hospital. After delivery the newborn hospitalist will see your baby. Dr. Moore will assume care once you are discharged home.

The Patient Agreement are the terms between our practice and your family to ensure continuity of care and a respectful partnership. You can review our agreement here.
